#91 Increasing Max Number of Nomination Pools

The proposal aims to lift the limits imposed on the nomination pools, which limited the number of nomination pools to 64 in Polkadot, preventing any potential risk if there had been any bugs or issues with the launch. Given that everything works as expected, the new limits are to be increased to 128 total pools. Please note that as this is an external motion, if the Council approves, the community will vote after in the referenda queue for the final decision.

As Motion 305 aiming to lift the limits imposed on the nomination pools from 64 to 128, has been approved and currently, seats in the external queue, TC decided to fast-track the current proposal to clean up the queue and shorten the enactment period with the goal of preventing Motion 306, which is a runtime upgrade to v9320 and is currently lacking three votes to be approved, to delete former external motion. Hence the following parameters have been used:
