Encode Club Tranche 3 Funding Request
Beneficiary:We would like to claim Tranche 3 of a pre-agreed funding (see here) to cover the costs of the recently finished Scalability Hackathon and fund the final stage: an accelerator. This is time-sensitive as we'd like to invite most of the recent winners from the hackathon.
