Hello dear community,
We are temporarily voting Nay while waiting from the proposer to issue a declaration about the warning brought forward by redhat.
In this sense, we sincerely wish these claims are solved constructively and / or that a new proposal is issued soon to reward the eligible moderators for their great work.

Dear community members,
I would like to draw attention to the reply above, and I am tagging @ivy and @gatotech to ensure they are informed.
Initially, there was a collective decision within the moderation team to uphold a diplomatic and composed approach in response to various incidents of harassment towards the moderation team that have been going on for months now. However, I believe it is now appropriate for the community to be informed about these developments.
Over the past few months, the moderation team has endured persistent harassment from a former community moderator who was removed from their position due to repeated violations of the codes of conduct associated with the ambassadorship program.
Subsequent to their removal, this individual has engaged in a series of actions that breached multiple boundaries. These actions include sending numerous offensive messages to moderators, attempts to manipulate other ambassadors into believing in their innocence, doxxing and framing moderators and team members, among other malicious behaviors. These actions unequivocally support the decision to remove them from the team.
Furthermore, it has come to our attention that this individual has taken certain internal chat interactions out of context, portraying them in a negative light.
We are willing to share evidence of the harassment the moderation team has endured over the past few months upon request. Many of these instances were clearly designed to sow discord within the team and make members turn on one another.
Nevertheless, the moderation team remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining professionalism and serving the community's best interests. We refuse to allow such harassment to deter us from fulfilling our responsibilities to the community.
If any community members have questions or require specific evidence regarding these events, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will provide the necessary information.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Sincerely,
Polkadot Moderation Team.
