I don't know if there are any lawyers out there that care to discuss real property and the division thereof with KSM / DOT. Perhaps we could schedule something. I myself am looking for side project as employment opportunity. I am interested in part time as it relates to Real Property. I have established @PolkaRealProperty at Riot, though nobody is there. I would like to point to rules that hamper decentralization and also look at opportunities as they relate to "earnest money", NFTs as launch pads for contracts, and also NFTs for real property -both marketing and for peer to peer, but heavy contract discussion and will go hand in hand with NFT. It doesn't do me any good to talk about it. Would like to get picked up for part time work to make sense.
