Aloha! Tucson meetup here, working on something with spontaneous combustion! use case, game, incentives, and comes down to ideas, but as I explained to meetup, I have a full time gig and need to focus on my business, but if no incentives then the algorithm is work comes to hault. We want to keep alive and explained we need sovereign ID's and need to submit individually and work out our game, if any interest, we would love to hold the conversation, in essence narrowing down a use case, to pay doctors for studying, in fact reputation and dedication, we discussed "pooling" so people can buy stock in the doctor or med student, and on day 1 of practice they go debt free - through economic model , and think ending debt is worthy cause, so people aren't doing unethical things or going to work for unethical companies. So we are working on gaming and education model. Need support to talk up or hold meetup with others to discuss, but they sent me here to say this to the council!
We think DOT network wants our ideas and economic models, thus we want incentives to work out details before work comes to halt. Any suggestions?
We scrapped proposal idea given meetup and used draconian tax laws and threats of dungeon as to why we didn't distribute a 4 mere KSM, but we did the study anyway.

Question....is our study group concept even within the mission of this project?

Tucson Blockchain Meetup - Idea / Concept Proposal. Incentives, Reputation, Pooling, and Gamification

This proposal seeks the following: 
Part A: 5 DOT and .1 Kusama for the idea if passes. 
Part B:Upon passage this proposal seeks a budget of 100 DOTS to create an excel spreadsheet ledger in laboratory fashion, to establish the oracles and a friendly competition. This 100 DOT budget is at discretion of the council to pay for collaborative work - people much better at excel than I. Though I could be present, but that is at discretion of council too. 
Part C: Competition for Polka Index "Opt In time frame" First 25 participants to fund the first Polka Index. Budget .1 Kusama per participant x 25 (2.5 Kusama) 
Part D: Competition winner at 1 month time frame (by increase in PolkaIndex) = 1 Kusama + 1 DOT
Part D: Competition loser at 1 month time frame (by decrease in PolkaIndex) = .1 Kusama + .1 DOT
Part E: Competition winner at 6 months time frame (by increase in PolkaIndex) = 2 Kusama + 2 DOT
Part F: Competition loser at 6 month time frame (by decrease in PolkaIndex) = .1 Kusama + .1 DOT    (unless .1 DOT will vanish....)
Part G: 10 Kusama to designer that tricks out and creates 4 NFT's out of this laboratory experiement: The first 2 I created in this thread, as stated, once created, plus the winner of the competition and the loser at 6 month period.
Part H: 10 Kusama budget for studying how to peg NFT's to oraclized prices. 
Total Budget: 108.2 DOT + 25.8 KSM
What is needed, payment for this idea, a team leader for laboratory (someone knows excel, oracles), and help running competition, weak consensus among first 25 that opt in. 

Do you support an application of a Polkadot Index? Via oracles, parachain partnerships, a decentralized exchange, and commodities and currencies, and existing indexes, it becomes easy to pick the flavor. With time stamp and live time oracles be it the S&P 500 to Gold to Silver to Dogecoin to Alaska King Crab legs and Brent Crude, it becomes possible to create a ledger system and place your order for your favorite flavor. You want 33% DOT, 33% DOGE, 33% Brent Crude, and 1% S&P 500, it is possible to fill the orders. 
From a DOT or Kusama launching pad it becomes possible to order in live time any combination you want, from established indexes, to current price of (you name it), you order it, you own it, that token is pegged at a price, tradeable as in indexed token. 
It is possible.

Do you support this idea via incentivizing the concept to development and that includes oracles and ledger to create a "pegged" token, and while the physical commodity is not delivered, it remains a constant market price, thus an index, perfectly tradeable assets, and that include stable coins and NFTs, sports memorabilia - like baseball cards (think MINT price of Hank Aaron, TOPPS 1969, and a Beckett as oracle) (example of oracle on a monthly price or however it is arrived at most current market, some are live, some are bi weekly, that is part of how to establish it).
Do you generally support the formation of think tank to lab to completion? If not, why. if so, why? Each token can show the percent or allocation, by coin or commodity. 



Polkadot Indexing

I don't know if there are any lawyers out there that care to discuss real property and the division thereof with KSM / DOT. Perhaps we could schedule something. I myself am looking for side project as employment opportunity. I am interested in part time as it relates to Real Property. 
I have established @PolkaRealProperty at Riot, though nobody is there. 
I would like to point to rules that hamper decentralization and also look at opportunities as they relate to "earnest money", NFTs as launch pads for contracts, and also NFTs for real property -both marketing and for peer to peer, but heavy contract discussion and will go hand in hand with NFT.
It doesn't do me any good to talk about it. Would like to get picked up for part time work to make sense.
