Tucson Blockchain Meetup - Idea / Concept Proposal. Incentives, Reputation, Pooling, and Gamification
Aloha! Tucson meetup here, working on something with spontaneous combustion! use case, game, incentives, and comes down to ideas, but as I explained to meetup, I have a full time gig and need to focus on my business, but if no incentives then the algorithm is work comes to hault. We want to keep alive and explained we need sovereign ID's and need to submit individually and work out our game, if any interest, we would love to hold the conversation, in essence narrowing down a use case, to pay doctors for studying, in fact reputation and dedication, we discussed "pooling" so people can buy stock in the doctor or med student, and on day 1 of practice they go debt free - through economic model , and think ending debt is worthy cause, so people aren't doing unethical things or going to work for unethical companies. So we are working on gaming and education model. Need support to talk up or hold meetup with others to discuss, but they sent me here to say this to the council! We think DOT network wants our ideas and economic models, thus we want incentives to work out details before work comes to halt. Any suggestions? We scrapped proposal idea given meetup and used draconian tax laws and threats of dungeon as to why we didn't distribute a 4 mere KSM, but we did the study anyway. Question....is our study group concept even within the mission of this project? Tucson Arizona has excellent ideas coming out. Just don't know if this is where to point them out.

Comment back to Raul from riot... Raul, yes I just established that for our Tucson Meetup. I just contacted them to develop the idea, as you said. This will be our thread where we address this problem, in short, (use case is medical doctors because who won't support this one?) and the enormous cost for medical doctors (keeping many people out of the profession, or parents can't afford, or there is student debt) and we see debt as the problem. We solve this via blockchain and software for when med students study, they are incentived. On Day 1 (by way of our game we are working on) of the medical practice, there is a way that others can buy "stock" in doctor based on factors of specialty, reputation, studying, grades, ethics, etc, and that instrument rids the doctor of his debt on day 1 of practice (subject to governance and development to work out best case scenario). So gamification, incentives, reputation, sovereign ID comes into play, and alleviation of student debt. We go with medical doctor use case but have discussed mixed martial artist scenario or fast food worker, to the extent of say they get paid to train or work. We discussed a token to supplement and even supplemental tokens ("retirement") for say fast food worker where business otherwise has no other way to pay, but we discuss incentives based on by an "opt" in date, specific to our game dev. Also looking for opt in around businesses that will accept KSM, dot, etc, while we also are not limiting our ideas to KSM or DOT, but to parachain partners that want to "match" and support the "opt" in, no matter how micro it is. But for narrow focus, medical student and debt and incentives around studying to completion to debt free.

We met and did a study group to kick off some ideas to get things flowing, to develop our ideas. We have some great ideas and think Polkadot Network and this space in general would want these use cases / economic models and we think we are onto something. We just cannot meet and talk up ideas of blockchain grandeur without incentives and I personally have started a "sands of time". That's part of the game for me. I have set a social contract with myself. I look forward to feedback from Tucson Blockchain in support of some interesting ideas, concepts, and solutions based technology. We can set "time frames" and "opt in" cut offs to track gamification and economic modeling. It must be studied, developed, and proven. This gamification is the catalyst to solving medical student debt and brings a greater equality to society - when it is not based on have's and have nots, or have no debt or burdensome student debt (medical students worldwide). It's also taxing on families and parents. We think we can come up with a better society. We ask you for your kind support.
