Polkassembly is an integral part of polkadot and kusama governance. This submission proposes a recurring payment (quarterly) to cover maintenance, operations and human resource costs for Polkassembly, including general maintenance, runtime upgrades changes and could/infrastructure cost. Since Polkassembly supports both Kusama and Polkadot Networks, this maintenance proposal will alternate networks for submission every three months. This submission covers costs for January, February, March of 2023. We are requesting the Polkadot treasury to provide funds this time.

This bounty aims to fund System Parachain Collators on Polkadot, mirroring a similar initiative on Kusama. It covers Asset-Hub, Bridge-Hub, and Collectives. This extension of the original proposal aims to incentivize efficient performance, reduce censorship, and ensure ongoing activity on each System Parachain.



1. Polkassembly is an integral part of Polkadot and Kusama governance supporting both networks.
