Polkassembly is an integral part of polkadot and kusama governance. This submission proposes a recurring payment (quarterly) to cover maintenance, operations and human resource costs for Polkassembly, including general maintenance, runtime upgrades changes and could/infrastructure cost. Since Polkassembly supports both Kusama and Polkadot Networks. This submission covers costs for January, February, March of 2023. We are requesting the Polkadot treasury to provide funds this time.
