[Bounty 17 - The first Community Events Reward Bounty with Child-Bounty Distribution proposal](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/17)), aims to curate and reward community events in the Polkadot ecosystem through child-bounties. This proposal will allow community members in the Dotsama ecosystem to execute events faster and on a more regular basis for their events activities in the ecosystem, with no direct intervention from Council. 

The bounty includes categories of events covered by this bounty, rewards thresholds, code of conduct, success metrics requests and requirements to become an implementer. The curator proposal will come after/if this bounty is accepted by Council.

Approve a bounty proposal. At a later time, the bounty will be funded and become active
and the original deposit will be returned.

May only be called from `T::ApproveOrigin`.
