This proposal will allow community members in the Dotsama ecosystem to execute events faster and on a more regular basis for their events activities in the ecosystem, with no direct intervention from Council. 

The bounty includes categories of events covered by this bounty, rewards thresholds, code of conduct, success metrics requests and requirements to become an implementer. The curator proposal will come after/if this bounty is accepted by Council.
