The Polkadot community is making Decoded even bigger! There are several proposals up for vote for ecosystem teams to participate in the organisation of Decoded 2022. This motion includes the NY Package: including the main conference organisation (agenda curated by the community) and two side events for the Polkadot community attending the NY chapter:

1. [Moonbeam/Decoded conference](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/treasury/127): The Purestake (Moonbeam) team submitted a proposal to take over organisation, execution and planning of Polkadot Decoded NYC! Budget, roadmap and more info on this proposal can be found on the post. 
2. [Astar/Manta/Phala proposal](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/treasury/128): submitted a proposal to host a kickoff event for the Polkadot community before Polkadot Decoded NYC with the goal to welcoming everyone to this chapter of Decoded - budget and details can be found on the post.


Send a batch of dispatch calls.

May be called from any origin.

- `calls`: The calls to be dispatched from the same origin. The number of call must not
  exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then call are dispatch without checking origin filter. (This includes
bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).

This will return `Ok` in all circumstances. To determine the success of the batch, an
event is deposited. If a call failed and the batch was interrupted, then the
`BatchInterrupted` event is deposited, along with the number of successful calls made
and the error of the failed call. If all were successful, then the `BatchCompleted`
event is deposited.
