While tools like Dune & Dappradar provide on-chain protocol analysis, they primarily concentrate on raw data rather than optimizing user conversion. With cross-protocol tracking and **CRM-like features, Tokenguard allows discovering the most valuable user segments, their conversions & churn paths within seconds**, making it possible for DeFi, Wallets and Parachains to engage users more to increase revenue and maximize TVL.

After discussion with most important Ecosystem Stakeholders, besides indexing relay & parachains (Polkadot, Kusama, Hydration, Moonbeam, Astar, Acala), Tokenguard team decided to add limited support to track most powerful DeFi wallets and their inflow (through bridges & wormholes) from:

- Binance Smart Chain,
- Arbitrum One,
- Avalanche

**This will allow DeFi & Tokenguard teams run off & on-chain user acquisition campaigns targeted at the most valuable DeFi wallets in other web3 ecosystems and drive them into $DOT ecosystem.** Tracking their conversions inside of Polkadot ecosystem will allow to focus user acquisition budgets on campaigns with highest LTV to CAC ratio.

### The Challenge
Ink! dApp builders working in Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems are one **of the most important growth factor to attract new users and increase adoption of the ecosystem.** We agree with the statement that:

> "As a Polkadot ecosystem, we should push Ink! more(than EVM) to make Polkadot native use cases that leverage Polkadot’s technologies."


Currently, **Ink! dApp builders can't easily access their smart contract data which effectively defocuses them from developing their dApps**. 

They need to spend hundreds of hours, building and maintaining in-house analytics solutions which usually delivers almost no growth-focused insights. Therefore, to attract and support Ink! creators, we need to build solutions that will allow them to focus on growing their dApps.

Tokenguard proposes building **dApp Marvels 💎 - an on-chain analytics tool designed for Ink! dApps builders to support their growth** and operations through in-depth metrics and analytics of on-chain user behavior.

## The Challenge
The growth of the entire Polkadot ecosystem and individual parachains is related to **dApps and wallet activity they bring into the ecosystem - users, TVL & fees.**

**Parachain teams currently lack a user-friendly growth tool** that makes it easy to understand the condition of each of these metrics, which has been addressed several times by the [community](https://forum.polkadot.network/t/dune-analytics-style-data-service-for-polkadot-kusama/271) and [W3F](https://github.com/w3f/Grants-Program/blob/master/docs/RFPs/analysis-website-and-data-platform.md). In recent months, Tokenguard has conducted numerous interviews with Ecosystem & dApp builders:
