We at India Unlocked, are proposing a comprehensive 4-month educational and community building program across India&rsquo;s tech ecosystem.

Proof of work:&nbsp;TL:DR&mdash; We are currently active Arbitrum Ambassadors managing the <a href="https://x.com/NamasteArbitrum">Namaste Arbitrum</a> Twitter handle. We specialize in regional outreach, having created localized content for both Arbitrum and Venus protocols, along with organizing successful community events (parties, mixers, meetups) across India. Namaste Polkadot aims to accelerate Polkadot&rsquo;s growth in India by focusing on three key areas:
1. Educational Content Creation:
&bull; Production of 60 comprehensive educational videos in 6 major Indian languages (English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, and Gujarati)
&bull; Creation of diverse content including technical blogs, infographics, and social media content
&bull; Development of a &ldquo;Word of the Day&rdquo; series covering 137 Polkadot ecosystem terms
2. University Workshop Program:
&bull; Conducting workshops across 15 universities in Northern, Western, and Southern India
&bull; 4-hour intensive sessions covering Polkadot fundamentals, development, and practical applications
&bull; Hands-on wallet creation and interactive learning experiences
&bull; Content creation contests with prizes totalling $200 USD per university
3. Community Building:
&bull; Establishing dedicated social media presence for Namaste Polkadot
&bull; Organizing content creation contests to encourage user-generated content
&bull; Building sustainable university connections for long-term engagement
&bull; Regular ecosystem updates and community engagement activities
Key Success Metrics:
&bull; Target of 250k+ impressions across platforms
&bull; 3% engagement rate
&bull; 300+ participant-generated posts
&bull; 45+ wallet creations per university
&bull; 80% workshop attendance rate
The initiative addresses the significant gap in multilingual blockchain education in India, which ranks 1st in the 2024 Global Crypto Adoption Index, <a href="https://www.chainalysis.com/blog/2024-global-crypto-adoption-index/#index-takeaways">Chainalysis reports</a>. This proposal leverages India&rsquo;s strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies while making Polkadot education more accessible to non-English speaking audiences.

After receiving numerous feedback suggesting we start with smaller initiatives, we have come up with this focused 1-month marketing bounty to demonstrate our capabilities in building Polkadot's presence in India's tech ecosystem.

Key Success Metrics:
&bull; 2 Hindi videos produced
&bull; 10 short clips generated
&bull; Total social media posts - 50
&bull; 80% workshop attendance rate
&bull; 90 total wallet creations (45 per university)
The initiative addresses the need to demonstrate our capabilities before scaling to a larger program, while still making meaningful progress in introducing Polkadot to non-English speaking audiences in India.
