PolkaWorld is submitting a proposal for polkaworld.org website development and enhancement for the Polkadot Chinese community. PolkaWorld is the largest Chinese community in China, based solely on wechat so far.

Problem Description As Polkadot ecology flourishes, more content is produced by PolkaWorld. Due to the WeChat official account platform restrictions, we can only publish one article per day. As a result, we have accumulated a lot of useful content that cannot be released in time.

At present, PolkaWorld information can only be displayed on the mobile terminal of WeChat ecosystem, not on a public website, which to some extent affects more people who learn Polkadot.

With the growth and development of the community, the current content form is too restricting: we need more forms (Real-time News/live streams) to spread the content of Polkadot and Substrate.

The deliverable of this proposal is the enhancement of the website on polkaworld.pro, which will allow us to post content at any time and add a section of Real-time News and videos to enrich the form of content, providing the community with real-time information.

We requested 647.07 DOT (Rate: 34.37 USD/DOT based on a EMA30 rate on [subscan](https://polkadot.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=price)) for milestone 1 ~ milestone 3.
