Problem Statement:
- Invalid calldata in Motion #17 caused corruption of storage and decoding issues in the apps frontend.

Significance:
- The corruption of storage and decoding issues hindered the ability to close and execute Motion #17.

Proposed Solution:
- Insert the correct calldata to remove a member from the advisory committee.

Expected Outcomes:
- Resolution of the corruption and decoding issues related to Motion #17.
