While doing research on XCM, I found that there are no sources that present XCM in an easy-to-understand way that targets end-users. Most are directed towards tech-savvy developers, including the three-article series on Medium by Gavin Wood. 

So I attempted to write an article that explains XCM in common terms in the form of a Q&A. All sources are faithfully cited.
