Thank you for your question. I was unfamiliar with the jobStash project you mentioned, but here are the differences I can see.

• We don't scrape job postings online but expect organizations to place tasks directly on our platform. 
• We request freelancers to create Profiles on-chain and then use a Recommender system to suggest tasks to them. 
• The payment for the work done is achieved through a native token.
• We keep track of Reputation on-chain. This allows Freelancers to showcase their work through an immutable ledger, solving the problem of trust. 
• On our platform, organizations are created based on a vision. Freelancers that agree with that vision have priority to work on tasks to realize that vision. Once the vision is realized, the Organization is dissolved.

I have outlined above how our project is different than the project you mentioned. We are not a Polkadot job board and we support many verticles. In the most abstract sense, we provide an infrastructure that can be used for managing and maintaining DAOs.
