Should we use Nielsen to audit and produce reports regarding the effectiveness of the marketing efforts? This should be paid by the marketing bounty

Good idea, but voting for it would need more info - scope of work, cost... At least a high level description. We should have someone watching over the marketing spend and pushing to improve its efficiency, not sure if external agency is a good solution if there's no one to act on it, so personally I would prefer we have the team to do it and then recommend actions.
Aligned on the thought of adding accountability —> we need to choose a set of authorities we can trust and those who understand the ecosystem, rather than a brand name only.
