The Objective and reason for this request to the treasury is the creation of:
- Free and open course in Spanish on Blockchain Interoperability and Polkadot.
- Complementary and didactic content on Polkadot.

The proposal will work with content creator Gold Jaws.
In case of surplus, the surplus amount will be returned to the treasury

Hello. Thank you very much for your proposal. It is very interesting to be able to see KOLs looking to integrate into the Polkadot ecosystem. However, after a detailed evaluation of your proposal, I would like to raise a few comments. Why haven't you sought to upload your content to the various marketing bounties that exist in the ecosystem? You could look to the: AMI Bounty Program Spanish Bounty Marketing Bounty Also, evaluating the channels you have and the number of views reached, I consider that the requested amounts are high compared to what is paid in the functional bounties that exist in Polkadot.
While recognizing the potential value of educational content in Spanish, we share concerns raised by community members regarding the proliferation of similar proposals and the need for better coordination within the Spanish-speaking community. Our decision to Nay reflects a desire for more streamlined and coordinated efforts in content creation and educational initiatives within the ecosystem. We encourage the proposer, Jaws / @goldjaws_, to collaborate with existing Spanish bounties, social media teams, and other marketing initiatives to maximize impact and avoid duplication of efforts.
