The purpose of this proposal is to top up our request from referendum [#631](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/631) as due to the fluctuation of DOT price we received 28.9% less.

- Initial Request: $154,080, equivalent to 16,348 DOT at $9.425 per DOT.
- Received (12.05.24): $109368,  at $6.69 per DOT.
- New Request: 44,712 USDT.

About the work, we have delivered all the commitments, had discussions with fellowship members, collected feedbacks and preparing next step work.

- **Problem Statement:** Seeking treasury funding support to develop Cross-consensus Query Language (XCQ) to enhance utilities lacking with XCM alone.
- **Significance:** XCQ enables querying balances, fees, features, staking rewards, and market information across parachains and relaychains, improving user experience and expanding dApp functionalities.
- **Proposed Solution:** Develop XCQ with an extension-based design to add features without altering the core protocol.
- **Expected Outcomes:** Enhanced UX for XCM bridge UIs, wallets, and dApps, with potential for additional extensions based on community support.
