Ecosystem Test Environment Bounty
This proposal stems from the need to enhance system upgrade testing procedures, minimizing feature regression. Recent discussions in various channels, spurred by challenges in cross-chain messaging (XCM) on Kusama, have highlighted the need for a comprehensive set of tests. We seek to establish a comprehensive testing ground.
This bounty is a response to the growing consensus that we need a dedicated test environment - a place where changes can be tested automatically, minimizing the risk of disruptions before they reach the production system.
The goal of the bounty is to ensure seamless relay chain upgrades through the development of an automated testing environment with a focus on Chopsticks integration.

Some members are highly supportive of more automated unit tests and integration tests.
Some members suggested that it would be good to have non-parity curators as well as fellowship/parity provide an opportunity for others to work under this bounty.
