Today I had a call with a parachain (I will not disclose the name to protect their privacy and it is not Moonbeam) and they asked me what was the best way to receive some visibility from marketing bounty. After a long conversation and trying to assess what were the best criterias for inclusion I realized that there is a subjective element that cannot be removed. I think the best way is that parachains that want to receive visibility from marketing bounty should make a referendum on this track requesting the inclusion. If the community decide they should get it they will get it if not they will not. I am doing it myself for Moonbeam because it is clearly the most important parachain and to get the ball running. Other projects should submit their own referendum on this track requesting to be included in marketing bounty. This is the most democratic way
