Replacing curators for event bounty 17 (backup)
I was told that there is a possibility that the curators we are trying to remove could try to sabotage the bounty by not renewing the curators so that the batchall call that is supposed to remove curators and replace them will fail because if there are no curators then they cannot be removed. So I am running this parallel referendum which only proposes curators without removing them first in case they decide to sabotage the previous referendum. Both referendums should pass so that wether they sabotage or not they will be replaced

You were told by who? Any evidences for these accusations? Will definitely support this if true, but it's a big IF that need to be proven.
The proposed new curators for the Events Bounty primarily consist of individuals affiliated with Web0 and Chaos DAO. This presents several concerns: Chaos DAO members already hold significant decision-making roles, and granting them additional powers may be excessive. Furthermore, individuals associated with Web0 are beneficiaries of the bounty, making their involvement as curators inappropriate. To address these issues, we should appoint new, independent individuals as curators for a fixed term of six months, followed by rotation. After each term, the community should vote on the performance of each curator, allowing us to gradually assess their effectiveness within the ecosystem. Additionally, it's crucial to compile a comprehensive list of the current roles held by each candidate and their performance ratings from previous positions.
