Can we get more context to better understand why they are refusing to step down, have they done anything to warrant their removal or for what cause, and can we hear from the curators so they have an opportunity to defend themselves? This only seems fair, logical, and very hard to support without the above. No?

Seconding this. This is a replacement and as of today, there are 3 anonymous entities in this multisig and 2 unverified identities. Can we get more information on this account? Neither multisigs or bounty proposals shouldn't be left so undefined.
