Tip Ajay Dhore for transferring the polkadot_api npm package
As we explained in the Polkadot-API 2024-Q1 update, a developer by the name of Ajay Dhore kindly relinquished his unused package name polkadot_api
, allowing us to secure polkadot-api for our use. In recognition of his generosity, I'm (in behalf of the polkadot-api team) proposing this OpenGov tip to ensure he feels appreciated by our vibrant community.
I have requested Ajay Dhore to place his polkadot address in either his github profile or in his linkedin profile, so that everyone can see that the beneficiary address actually belongs to him. However, he hasn't seen my messages yet. In the meanwhile I'm sharing a screenshot of the conversation that I had with him over the linkedin chat where he provided me with his address (it's ss58formated using ss58-42, though):
