This is a follow-up to REF #591 Polkadot @ Coindesk Consensus which requested $390,000.

In the initial proposal, we used a 7-Day TWAP of $10.02 totaling 38,921.48 DOT (submitted March 20th) Based on large price fluctuations, we're a little over $100,000 short. We're submitting this proposal to top up this so we can ensure costs are covered for Consensus.

We were able to sell the DOT we received totaling $288,904.78; The total cost of the event is $390,000.

Our ask is $101,095.22 using the following;

7 Day TWAP - $7.08
DOT Requested - 14,278.99
