**Context of the proposal**

[Nova Spektr](https://novaspektr.io) is an all-in-one Polkadot desktop application focused on enterprise adoption that provides a one-stop-shop for stakeholders with advanced needs, enterprises and DAOs, and individual users in the entire ecosystem. 

**Nova Spektr** provides the following enterprise-focused feature set:
- Support for 75+ Polkadot ecosystem networks
- User-friendly Multisigs for 60+ networks & all their assets
- Multishard staking for Relay chains and solo-chains 
- Hardware wallet support for Polkadot Vault
- Secure key management for Polkadot Vault with dynamic derivations
- Wallet connect support for pairing accounts and signing operations
- Proxy (including pure proxy) accounts and operations
- Light client integration for Polkadot and Kusama support

The aim of this proposal is to develop Nova Spektr Milestone 4, an all-in-one Polkadot Enterprise desktop wallet, by Novasama Technologies GmbH in partnership with ChainSafe Systems. Running from April 2024 to August 2024, the project aims to enhance Nova Spektr with features such as OpenGov voting and delegation, flexible multisigs, complex account structures with nested proxies and multisigs, operations basket, assets portfolio view, Fellowship voting, and a web-hosted application.
