Summary

This is a retroactive proposal for attendance, presentation, and content production for the Block & Wine Vienna Meetup on the 6th of February 2024. In a 30-minute live presentation, we explained Polkadot fundamentals, the latest developments, and some Polakdot parachains and products to a local audience of ~50 people who are completely unfamiliar with the Polkadot ecosystem.

We request a retroactive tip of 1,260 EUR (1,050 EUR + VAT) for the entire effort of presentation and editing for the video.
