I made a chatbot called "PolkaBot" using the data from the <a href="https://wiki.polkadot.network/">polkadot wiki</a>. The bot is available <a href="https://polkabot.org/">here</a> and currently in an alpha version.
It uses the API provided by openai under the hood and can access some real time data, such as the price of DOT or current staking rate via subscan.io.
If this proposal is approved
<ul>
<li>I will contact the polkadot wiki guys and try to integrate the chatbot into the polkadot wiki Fix existing bugs Make the project open source</li>
<li>There will be maintenance costs which are not part of this proposal. These costs are:</li>
<li>The fees for running the server (~$15 per month) Costs for the GTP openai API. The cost depends on the amount of people using it Costs for syncing of the polkadot wiki with the chatbot. The bot needs to be updated from time to time to keep up with the information on the wiki page. This process takes around 1h.</li>
</ul>
I will ask for reimbursement of these fees retrospectively.

Propose and approve a spend of treasury funds.

- `origin`: Must be `SpendOrigin` with the `Success` value being at least `amount`.
- `amount`: The amount to be transferred from the treasury to the `beneficiary`.
- `beneficiary`: The destination account for the transfer.

NOTE: For record-keeping purposes, the proposer is deemed to be equivalent to the
beneficiary.

:

- A developer is proposing to create a chatbot using the data from the polkadot wiki, and integrating it into thw wiki as well. 
- The chatbot is already in an Alpha version and available to the public
- The maintenence costs are not included in the proposal and the developer will ask for reimbursement for these costs retrospectively. 
- The requested amount is 250 DOT. 
- Vote with aye to fund the development and testing of the chat bot, or reject the proposal.
