Hey,
I am assuming you are a parent or legal representative of Nishaun Marshall.
My suggestion to you is to stop letting your kid drive in races (and at all) at the age of 10. The risk of losing your full kid or some of its body parts and/or soul is a real danger that you should not ignore.
Please refrain from posting a proposal to OpenGov. I would fight it.

As pointed out in my Twitter reply, almost every sport carries some risk of injury. From football and rugby to tennis, karting is no exception. However, kids' karts are speed-restricted, and strict safety equipment requirements must be met before they're even allowed on the track. The UK has strict regulations around karting, especially for kids, making it no less safe than any other youth sport
I would never go with the red as its not the Polkadot branding colors. Should always use the official brand colors. Its usually part of the brand asset requirments.
