GO AWAY! we spent so much money on marketing and got shit to DOT price.

Is bounty 41 i.e. the Marketing Bounty Flex meant to replace the Marketing Bounty (bounty 33) or are they meant to run in tandem?

If these will be two separate bounties running at the same time, what are the differences and what exactly will be the structure and operations of bounty 41? So far, all we know is that it'll have "less rules and restrictions" when compared to bounty 33 (according to the linked document).

So can we get a better explanation of what this bounty is seeking to achieve, what structure this bounty have and what the curators role will be?
