As BD is seen as critical development area for Polkadot, before voting on the proposed curators it would be nice to have an information about their proven track record in BD field. What is their experience is leading business development initiatives, advisory on that field and finally ability and track record of closing the deals. Imo BD curators team shoul act not only as a multisig signers but main role should be advisory and support in deals management for Polkadot, ways of dealing with potential business partners, supporting with business negotiations and in deal closing.

Because of that, I imagine and require from BD curators to have proven track record in those areas, that they can share with the community so we are sure we selected the best possible people for this crucial development area.

Thank You for inviting all those respected community and Polkadot ecosystem team members as curators, I respect every single person in the curators list, but at same time I would like to know their succes stories on BD area.
