Veles project proposal - Carbon credits pallet
Dear Polkadot Community,
Ceres Blockchain Solutions is thrilled to propose the Veles pallet for enhancing the carbon credit market within the Polkadot ecosystem. This initiative aims to introduce a reliable, transparent solution for carbon credit management, leveraging blockchain to ensure accuracy and security in carbon credit issuance and trading.
This is an idea/project that was supposed to be part of the Substrate Builders Program before it was discontinued. Parity engineers have reviewed the code of our other products. They were satisfied with our work and wanted to give us the green light to become part of the Substrate Builders Program.
Veles addresses critical issues like fraudulent credits and speculative pricing, promoting environmental sustainability. We're dedicated to supporting Polkadot's growth, contributing a tool that benefits both the ecosystem and our planet.

Earn money by yourself through your project, not using empty promise and PPT
@none Thank you for your feedback, this is not an empty promise. Our plug and play solution idea is ready, and after the voting, we will immediately start with implementation in order to submit it to the Polkadot community/developers. We suggest that you research the Ceres team before voting. Also, if this proposal doesn't pass, we do not plan to request another grant from the Polkadot community (we are not just another group seeking money), and we may even provide our code to the community for free. We understand the concerns of the community, and regardless of the voting results, we will continue building in Polkadot ecosystem.
