This is useful when a member wants to swap/exhange it's account in the collective. You can find the details of the work done &nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/2587">https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/2587</a> The PR covers the implementation of the dispatchable, test and also benchmark for the dispatchable. This is a small tip request for the work done on this.

Problem Statement:
- The problem is that members of the ranked collective may want to swap or exchange their accounts within the collective.

Significance:
- This feature allows members to easily swap or exchange their accounts within the ranked collective.

Proposed Solution:
- A dispatchable has been added to the ranked collective to facilitate the exchange of a member with an Exchange Origin.

Expected Outcomes:
- Members of the ranked collective will be able to easily swap or exchange their accounts, improving flexibility and convenience within the collective.
