THE PROPOSAL

After a successful proof of concept, we are ready to take over the city of Berlin with our Polkadot branded taxis.

With a population of 3.85M people, Berlin is a major hub for startups and tech companies as well as the home of the Börse Berlin aka Berlin Stock exchange.

Advertising blockchain technology is widely accepted in Berlin and we have secured an agency with plenty of experience deploying campaigns in this field.

THE CAMPAIGN**

3 Months in duration

70 taxis branded with the Polkadot name, logo and QR code which will lead directly to polkadot.network

70 taxi headrest plaques located inside the vehicle with the same attributes as above.

Tentative start date of March 8th, 2024.

***Upon completion of the campaign, we will have the option to renew for another 3 months without the cost of re-branding the vehicles.

**THE ASK
We are requesting a total of 11,250 DOT at a price of $6.24 (100SMA) to cover the following:
AD Campaign - 7820 DOT
Graphic Design 225 DOT
GST 12% (Goods & Services Tax, Canada) 965 DOT
**Agency Fee 1355 DOT
Maintenance Fee 450 DOT
Incidentals / Misc 435 DOT

**CONCLUSION & NEXT STEPS
Upon approval of this proposal, funds will be immediately converted to USD / EUR in order to pay the vendors for their services.
For any reason the project does not move forward, distributed funds will be returned to the treasury where applicable.
