We propose to deliver an executive search service dedicated to identifying and recruiting top-tier Senior Business Development (BD) professionals with accomplishments in developing enterprise business for top blockchain companies. These individuals will play a pivotal role in representing PolkaDOT, targeting big enterprise accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships to propel PolkaDot's growth within the blockchain and enterprise sectors.

- Identification of Top Talent:
Conduct a comprehensive search to identify seasoned professionals with a proven track record in business development, especially within the blockchain L1 and enterprise domains.
- Strategic Recruitment:
Implement a targeted recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber individuals who possess the expertise to secure big enterprise accounts and drive business development initiatives.
- Representation of PolkaDOT:
Ensure that recruited professionals embody the values and goals of PolkaDOT, effectively serving as ambassadors in negotiations with potential enterprise clients.
- Focus on Growth Markets:
Prioritize candidates with experience in markets and industries that align with PolkaDot's growth strategy, fostering expansion into new and lucrative sectors.
- Long-Term Partnership Development:
Identify candidates capable of establishing enduring relationships with enterprise clients, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the sustained growth of the PolkaDot ecosystem.

- Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with key stakeholders within PolkaDOT to understand specific skill sets, experience levels, and cultural fit requirements for potential candidates.
- Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research on the blockchain, enterprise, and emerging technology sectors to identify trends, key players, and potential areas for strategic growth.
- Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize a multi-channel approach, including existing industry network, professional social networks & communities, job boards, and direct outreach, to source and attract top senior BD professionals with the relevant skill set.
- Screening and Assessment:

- Presentation of Shortlisted Candidates:
Provide PolkaDOT with a curated list of highly qualified candidates, accompanied by comprehensive profiles outlining their achievements, skills, and potential contributions.
- Interview Support:
Facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules and providing guidance to ensure a seamless and efficient evaluation of shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiation and Onboarding Assistance:
Support PolkaDOT in negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages, and providing onboarding assistance to seamlessly integrate new members into the.
Cost:
Retainer Fee: $25,000 (Covered by this proposal)
- This upfront fee covers the initial engagement and collaboration with Blockchain Headhunter. It ensures commitment from both parties to initiate and deliver the executive search service.
- Upon completion of the research, a presentation of a curated shortlist of at least 10 highly qualified and fitting candidates will be delivered. The presentation includes CV, comprehensive profiles outlining each candidate's achievements, skills, and potential contributions to PolkaDOT.
Successful Engagement Fee: $25,000 per candidate (will be issued in separate proposal retroactively)

The success fee will be invoiced in a separate proposal upon the successful onboarding of each candidate.

This fee is applicable for each successful engagement, i.e., for each candidate who is selected and on-boarded by PolkaDOT. It compensates Blockchain Headhunter for their efforts in successfully identifying and securing top-tier Senior Business Development professionals.
Timeline
- Shortlist Delivery:
Blockchain Headhunter guarantees to deliver a shortlist of 10 candidates within 5 weeks of the receipt of retainer
- Continuous Delivery: Ongoing Candidate Presentation
As soon as qualified & motivated candidates are identified, they will be presented to PolkaDOT for review.
- Continuous Process: Feedback and Refinement
Regular feedback sessions with PolkaDOT to discuss presented candidates.
Iterative refinement of search criteria based on feedback.
Adjustments to the search strategy as needed.
