The purpose of this proposal is to develop the OG Tracker tool which aims to track the ongoing progress and existing deliverables of approved proposals on OpenGov.
With a user-friendly and easy to navigate interface, OG Tracker will provide to Polkadot community a straightforward and transparent environment with insightful clear overviews of each proposal's status and increase accountability for those entrusted with treasury funding.
OG Tracker is a very simple yet extremely useful tool that can bring significant value to our ecosystem.
Lets build!

What's the plan for the governance data you plan to gather, track and work with? Do you plan on making it public, collaborative and easy to download? We have also are tracking some Polkadot's proposals at: https://saxemberg.com/opengov/ and we plan to release the raw data and release it periodically on Github when it contains less errors.
Hello @saxemberg and thank you very much for your questions.
Since a proposal is approved for treasury funding we will collect all the necessary information as it is displayed on our sitemap so we can maintain a track record with its raw data.
Then we will refine these data and transform them into a way more clear and easy to understand form for the end-user.
All the selected data will be publicly available on our repo in case someone wants to have a deeper look or implement them for another use.
The workflow we will follow includes a 4-step process which will be also available to public:
OG Tracker is a freely accessible tool with a primary focus on monitoring the progress of approved proposals, completed or pending tasks, milestones achieved, or any challenges faced by teams that may cause delays, all presented with full transparency.
It is great and very positive to see that you are also working on something similar with a different approach even if as you mentioned it hasn’t reached its final form at this stage.
A big difference I could highlight really quick is that your main intention is to release your findings on Github which unfortunately is not an optimal user-friendly platform for the everyday user. In contrast, OG Tracker ensures that all the gathered information is accessible with just a few clicks in a very easy to navigate interface.
However, I can see many potential synergies between Saxemberg and OG Tracker tool.
For example, we can feature your tool into OG Tracker and redirect the more technical individuals who enjoy extracting the information through Github and vice versa. Or even work together for cross-checking and double confirming our findings.
The long-term goal for the OG Tracker tool is to operate independently and connect various teams and other valuable tools with each other.
We are here to build it and lead towards that vision during its early days.
I hope that my answer addressed all your questions.
Thank you.

Thank you very much @CryptoMaK your support is much appreciated!
We strongly believe as well that the development of OG Tracker can provide a solid layer of transparency and accountability for treasury funding.
