Introduction
Proposal is for Lark Davis, Me.
I am ideally positioned to execute a comprehensive content creation project focusing on Polkadot. I am also a long time DOT holder and am excited about the future of DOT 2.0.
Proposal Overview
Requesting funding of 5000 DOT for a three-month period to create and disseminate engaging, informative content about Polkadot on my social channels. In particular X and YT. My following of over 1.1 million on Twitter ( https://x.com/TheCryptoLark ) and 484 thousand subscribers on YouTube channel
Content Creation Plan -
The project will comprise of the following over a 12 week period.
12 Tweets: Regular updates, insights, and educational content about Polkadot on Twitter.
3 Twitter Threads: Detailed discussions on Polkadot's technology, ecosystem developments, and future outlook.
3 Promotional segments on during my livestreams of 2 to 4 minutes covering tech, ecosystem, and future.

Resource Utilization -
The funding will enable:

Giotto aka 16DG here. We will NOT be voting for referendum proposal from smaller influencers (min 100k USD ask). There is a lot of discontent about the fact that the treasury is being spammed by too many small proposals so we will not support those anymore. Small influencers should post proposals ONLY through agencies that will act as aggregator and combine many small influencers in a single proposal.
