Dylan: $5500. 1,050 DOT for commission along with providing content accuracy and strategic support. Dylan will assist with making sure exciting features of Polkadot are featured. 

This budget distribution reflects the integral roles of both Toni and Dylan in the campaign, where Toni is the key driver of content and outreach, and Dylan ensures the relevancy and impact of the content.

1. In-Depth Promotion of Polkadot's Features: Emphasize the unique aspects and advancements of Polkadot in the blockchain sphere.
2. Maximized Audience Engagement: Leverage Toni Ghinea's Twitter account (https://x.com/ToniGhinea). Toni often generates 40-70k views with some content over the last month reaching over 150k views. On the lower end his views are still generating around 20k. He has a strong track record of generating large views with compelling content. Toni has over 40k followers on Twitter and often rivals engagement numbers of people with over 100k followers. 
3. Content Quality and Accuracy: Dylan will closely collaborate with Toni to ensure that all content is engaging, informative, and accurately represents Polkadot's key features. Dylan's twiiter - https://x.com/nCrediBullD. 

Implementation Strategy:
