Open HRMP channels: AssetHub <> Composable Finance & AssetHub <> Zeitgeist
This is a joint proposal between Composable Finance and Zeitgeist. The goal of this proposal is to open channels in both directions between AssetHub (formerly Statemint) and Composable Finance as well as between AssetHub and Zeitgeist.
During Gov1 Composable Finance and Zeitgeist have been part of a referendum with the above mentioned objective which eventually passed. Unfortunately, the forced channel opening failed, as both Composable Finance and Zeitgeist still had an open hrmp channel request to Statemint. Starting from runtime v1.0.0, having open channels is not a hindrance anymore.
The successful execution of this proposal depends on the deployment of runtime v1.0.0, as it elevates the privileges of the general admin origin to be capable of managing hrmp channels.

Ivy has voted aye as opening these channels will hopefully increase network activity.
