The articles or thread are written in a layman explanation. So I am posting down some of my work which will help you what I have been doing.
I will be really thankful to the community if they can support me in this intitiative.

You got rejected many times in both Kusama and Polkadot OpenGov. Why are you trying grift again and again rather than accepting the result that your low quality contents are not good enough for a tip?

Hey Hey Thank you very much for the comment. The Open Gov is built on the idea of proposing as many times with the help of community support. If you think this is low quality content than 84 people have not voted aye on this tip. And asking 120 DOT out of 45000000 DOT is grifting than I think you need read the wrong definition of grift
Good day Dotgraphic, As a general rule, we consider a tip a to be a form of recongnition. From our perspective, it is somewhat improper ― or at least delicate ― to propose a tip for yourself. For the sake of clarity, It could be perceived as follows : " I have made this. It is my own initiative, nobody asked or anything. I just wanted to get involve, you know. But seriously, can I receive compensation now ? " The proper form would be, in our view, to have someone ― say a community agent ― put you up for a tip as, again, acknoledgement of efforts/services. Then the proposal would be consider, from our side, on merit. Therefore we vote NAY.
