IBC x Largest Polkadot Developer Outreach Proposal

We are thrilled to present our 3rd proposal, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at accelerating the growth and adoption of Polkadot through a massive developer outreach program in India. With a budget request of 82140.34 DOT (converted using EMA-30 Dot price), we have the potential to transform Polkadot's future.

Polkadot, with its focus on interoperability and scalability, represents the future of blockchain technology. To achieve mainstream adoption, we need a thriving developer community. More developers mean a more valuable network, innovation, and increased activity on Polkadot. This proposal is about cultivating the next generation of Polkadot developers.
The Vision: 1 Million Polkadot Developers in India:
IBC Media envisions a future where Polkadot thrives by creating a 1 Million Developers Outreach Program in India. Our plan includes partnerships with the Central Government, Polkadot Lite Certification Program, meetups, and a government-led Polkadot Developer Conference.

Outreach to 1,600,000 engineering students in 25 states in India.
Creation of the largest Polkadot developer community in India.
Development of an invaluable pipeline for future Polkadot developers.
Introduction of Polkadot to government representatives and top students.

Education and Skill Development: We have successfully educated and upskilled over 28,000 students through a combination of on-ground hackathons and extensive online building sessions. This initiative has empowered students with the knowledge and skills needed for the Polkadot ecosystem.
Collaborations with Government: We've established strategic partnerships with state and central government bodies, allowing us to promote and launch Polkadot programs in over 8,000 colleges. We've already onboarded 53 colleges and universities eager to host our Polkadot program. View here
