Context: The requested amount for this referendum is 100 times higher than desired. Thanks to Coinstudio for pointing this out so quickly. Since the preimage asked for more than 24 Million DOT, users can ignore this referendum as it would never be executed on chain due to exceeding the MediumSpender track limit of 100k DOT.

24474.149to24,474,149.00. Will open another proposal and incentivize users to ignore this one. Since the amount exceeds theMediumSpendertrack, it would never be executed.
