OmniAvatar.one (early PolkadotAvatars.com) | [Small Spender] Referendum #1830
OmniAvatar™
(Early PolkadotAvatars.com) is building a cross-game, cross-engine, chain-agnostic digital identity layer that allows players to use a single customizable avatar across multiple supported games (Roblox, Unity, Unreal Engine, UEFN).
Where It Fits in the Polkadot Ecosystem: Vision
OmniAvatar™ becomes:
- A hub layer for game developers, communities, IP holders, brands, and creators.
- A shared identity standard across engines.
- An entry point for mainstream users discovering Polkadot.
Relation to Polkadot:
- Provides real utility for Polkadot and any supported chain communities through playable digital assets.
- Prepares a framework compatible with Polkadot’s emerging DID / Proof-of-Personhood ecosystem.
- Enables future DOT-accepted operations (combine/upgrade/trade) once gameplay and user-base validation are complete.
- Acts as a Web2 to Web3 bridge that respects all Roblox/Epic/Unity policies (no wallets in-game, no blockchain calls inside engines).
Needs It Solves: How it's actually works
Players lose identity every time they switch games. This fragmentation kills retention, creativity, and network value. We've fixed this.
- Real gameplay utility for digital collectibles
- Lack of portable identity across games
- Lack of gaming presence for Polkadot in mainstream engines
- Safe, compliant Web2/Web3 integration model
- Missing cultural/visual layer in Polkadot
- Onboarding non-crypto users through games

Why Our Team Is Interested:
We aim to address the long-standing fragmentation of digital identity across games by creating a neutral, portable, and chain-agnostic identity format with real utility across mainstream gaming engines.

Revenue Model POC: Miro Board
Revenue is generated from live gameplay, asset usage, and IP integrations.
Players earn and mint items through gameplay and achievements, with a minting fee applied.
Assets can be combined, upgraded, and customized, generating repeat transaction fees.
Players trade items inside the platform marketplace, with a fee on each sale.
IP holders and partner studios integrate their brands and asset collections into the platform. These integrations drive additional asset creation, distribution, and transaction volume across connected games.
Revenue streams:
- Minting fees
- Item combining and upgrading fees
- Marketplace transaction fees
- IP integration partnerships
All revenue is tied to active use inside games and platform systems, not speculative asset holding or deferred utility.
The Raise and 6-month Tragets:
This proposal seeks support to complete the next one milestone 6-month development phase:
- Establish an operational cross-game identity loop in live environments.
- Reach 300+ registered users actively interacting with the platform.
- Deploy 20+ new modular avatar components usable across integrated games.
- Integrate and launch 2 playable games using the OA SDK.
- Release the companion app with multi-game identity synchronization.
- Launch a DOT-accepted marketplace MVP with functional assets only.
- Stabilize the achievement - reward - asset minting loop in production.
Personal address to the Polkadot community.
Hello, my people. My name is Ilya (Undergraphics).
I’ve spoken with nearly every active member of the Polkadot ecosystem, gathered direct feedback from all available DAOs, Parity employees, Web3 Foundation, and rebuilt the project based on those conversations. Not cosmetically, but structurally.
This new proposal is the result of dialogue and we need your support to launch the product. The main goal is to achieve self-sufficiency. I will try very hard to achieve this goal in terms of the semi-annual treasury financing.
All current and future development updates, streams, videos, integrations, and the entire working process will be shared publicly on social media.

Crypto isn’t driven by gaming or metaverse. It’s driven by money.
People come to crypto to move money, protect it, and try to grow it.
Everything else are outdated narratives
