In short, we want to extend the Polkascan open source block explorer with more features, such as an improved dashboard, user-friendly descriptive representations of events and calls, making the data understandable for less technically inclined users. Please read our <a href="https://github.com/polkascan/social-contract/blob/master/polkadot/tp-explorer-ui-improvements/treasury_proposal.md">proposal document</a>&nbsp;for all improvements.
These enhancements make the block explorer more useful for parachain teams that host it.

Beyond Raw Data: How Polkascan Transforms Subsquid Aggregates into a User-Friendly Polkadot Experience (Polkadot Treasury Proposal)

Treasury

Propose and approve a spend of treasury funds.

- `origin`: Must be `SpendOrigin` with the `Success` value being at least `amount`.
- `amount`: The amount to be transferred from the treasury to the `beneficiary`.
- `beneficiary`: The destination account for the transfer.

NOTE: For record-keeping purposes, the proposer is deemed to be equivalent to the
beneficiary.

- The Polkascan block explorer wants to add more features to make it easier for people to understand.
- They want to improve the dashboard and make the data easier to understand for people who are not very technical.
- The improvements will be helpful for parachain teams.
- They want feedback from the community.
- The team is called Polkascan.
