Issuance Fix
This runtime upgrade contains a fix to restore the daily DOT issuance to its nominal value of 328,797 DOT per day (120 Million DOT per year).
The erroneous value was 114,253 DOT per day (41,7 Million DOT per year) which was a reduction to about 1/3 (34.74%).

Proposal Passed
The price pumped due to this "issue". I'm not so sure we want to "fix" this. If the price goes up then we might consider this a feature, not a bug. We could just call it a happy accident and not change it.

They slipped the bug in without a “wish for change” vote, and now they’ll only remove it if this one passes. Gotta love democracy at its finest.
