Given the early community feedback regarding Ref #1770 - we are proposing to cancel referendum #1770 to re-draft the proposal to provide further information, which will then be re-posted in the future.
Given the limitation on the Root track, cancelling #1770 also clears Root track to allow for the future proposal to be posted.
