This bounty proposal aims to continue incentivizing Polkadot Moderators for their round-the-clock contribution and support to the communities.

The Community Moderators provide a dedicated daily service, actively monitoring new member joinings to ensure the community is protected from fraudsters. They guide users with first-line direction and support while promptly identifying and regulating or banning obvious scammers to maintain a safe environment for all.

The team currently has 10 members covering mainly the official Discord channel, Element Telegram and Reddit. The team has shrunken to 10 since the last top-up. Reasons for the shrinkage can be found in the proposal document

_Note that this bounty is for the members of the Moderation Team (currently 9). While we collaborate with the Discord CM to run the channels, the Discord CM is currently under the Marketing bounty and not the Moderation team bounty

This proposal requests a one-year top-up of $169,632 (46,095 DOT at EMA-7 of $3.68/DOT) to continue funding the Community Moderators from September 2025 - September 2026
