[Whitelisted Caller] Increase validator set size to 600
Whitelisted by: https://collectives.subsquare.io/fellowship/referenda/308.
This call increases the current validator set size from 500 to 600, this a followup of https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1200, that increased the validator set size from 400 to 500.
Following this change the maximum number of usable cores supported by polkadot will increase from 100(500 / 5) to 120 (600 / 5) where 5 is the dimension of a parachain backing group.
Testing
Kusama has been running with 600 parachain consensus validators since this referenda https://kusama.subsquare.io/referenda/484, on 2025-01-22.

More validators means a more strong network. Nice =)
Is available documentation about the process an requirements to setup and request connection permission for one? Thanks
