Set Curators for Legal Bounty

This proposal sets the curators for Bounty #62, which was approved by the Polkadot community in Referendum 1359.
We propose the following set of curators:

- Matthias (Scytale): 16AeKTW38GKFT3rRMzU6kMGARf7zTAF4jt8AvNxrUJpiQrJG
- Amforc: 14dQPQ8eKWKPwY8r2AaNrtY5SZrEK3tLpMWZefsNCfpehaQG
These curators will operate via a 2-of-4 multisig. Following the discussion of our proposal in the community and addressing an often mentioned concern of too few curators, we are happy that Matthias from Scytale Digital offered to serve as an additional curator compared to our original suggestion in Referendum 1359.

Would it be possible for the proposed curators to share information about the workload they maintain with other ecosystem initiatives or jobs, as well as the allocation of hours and tasks they plan to allocate to this for at least the first 3 months? Thanks

Changing the vote from Abstain to NAY since after several days none of the proposed curators responded to the questions and comments that were made to them.
In addition, the vote of a DV to favor a proposal where one of its members participates does not seem correct to me.
