This is our vision for a state-of-the-art Polkadot event booth designed to elevate the ecosystem’s presence at major blockchain events.
We propose developing a premium, modular event booth that will serve as Polkadot’s flagship presence at major blockchain events. This sophisticated installation goes beyond conventional corporate presentations, offering an immersive experience that makes Polkadot’s innovative technology tangible and accessible to diverse audiences.

Visual Design:

Thank you for your proposal. Our members would like to learn more about it. While we understand that the primary goal is to build a booth and create a branding space, we may have missed some details during the discussion. Our members have raised concerns that there’s more to consider than just construction. For example, who will be using this? Who will store it, and where will it be kept? Additionally, is there an operational management plan in place to organize the distribution and utilization? Our members express that "We cannot just fund a project without the consideration of the ownership." We look forward to hearing more details.
We want to inform the voters that there was a typo in our proposal regarding the booth size. The modular booth is designed with an adaptable configuration ranging from 40-150 sqm (not 400 sqm as previously stated). This clarification is important for decision-making, as the design and budget align with the correct dimensions shown in the renderings.
